Here’s my paleo lunch idea for today.

1/2 avocado – diced.
1 stick of celery sliced
Chorizo sausage diced (as much as you feel like)
Tbs pesto
Cucumber cubed (as much as you like)
Feta cheese

Mix all together and then crumble some feta on the top. Yum.
